How to Access Audit Logs


To view your audit records, you must have Agency Admin access. Follow these steps to navigate to the Audit Logs:



Accessing the Sub-Account Switcher


Click the sub-account switcher dropdown from the left-side navigation bar.




Switch to Agency View


Select Switch to Agency View.




Navigate to Settings


Click on the Settings tab located at the bottom left corner of the screen.




Accessing Audit Logs


In the settings menu, scroll down to locate the “Audit Logs” button. Click on it to access the log section, where you can review detailed records of user activities.



Understanding Audit Log Filters


Filters allow users to refine and narrow down the log results, making it easier to find relevant changes.





Filter by User


Select a specific team member to view actions performed only by them. Useful for monitoring individual contributions and identifying unauthorized changes.




Filter by Action Type


View logs based on specific actions such as create, update, or delete. Helps in quickly identifying critical changes.




Filter by Module


Choose from available system modules (e.g., Users, Accounts, Contacts).




Filter by Time Range


Select a specific duration to view logs within a given timeframe. Ideal for troubleshooting and analyzing past system changes.




View Detailed Logs


Click the three dots next to an audit log entry. Select View Details to see more in-depth information about the logged action.
