Overview
We have added support for Twilio numbers for Voice AI Agents, allowing calls to be routed through your Twilio account seamlessly.
How to enable Twilio Numbers for Voice AI?
Active AI Employee subscription required.
Twilio numbers appear automatically in Phone & Availability when creating or editing an agent.
How to use?
Go to Voice AI → Create/Edit Agent.
In Phone & Availability, select your Twilio number from the dropdown.
Save and test by calling the selected number
