For team calendar: The ideal way to re-integrate with the new team calendar by logging in as the user:

Go to Settings -->Profile, and scroll down to Edit Check for Conflicts section:

De-select all of the calendars in Check for Conflicts section:

Set “Do not sync” for both Primary and check for conflicts.

Then Reintegrate the Google calendar from the integrations page as the user

Go to Settings ->Integration->Click "Connected!" to disconnect and reconnect again:

Come back to the Primary and check for conflicts and configure the calendars again.
