Prospecting at Sub Accounts: Complete Guide Benefits & Setup

Prospecting at sub account level enables you to do more advanced prospecting from finding new leads, nurturing and outreach them seamlessly at one place. Therefore now Prospecting is available in two areas:

  1. In Agency  – for lead discovery and basic prospecting
  2. In Sub-Account  – for advanced engagement and automation (Add Leads to Contact, Setup Workflow Automations for outreach, import to opportunities etc)

Only Sub-Accounts can send emails, SMS, and run workflows. That’s why prospecting efforts are most powerful when done (or migrated) inside a sub-account.

Following are the Key Benefits of using Prospecting Tool in your Sub Account.

Add Prospect to your CRM Contacts

  1. Prospect generated in a sub account gets automatically added to your contacts lists so you can nurture them (this is not possible in Agency Level Prospecting)
  2. This is valid for prospect created manually, via prospecting widgets or via Prospect AI - as soon as prospects are created they automatically added to your contact



Setup Workflows for New Prospect Generated

  1. Multiple Workflows can be triggered for any Prospect generated in a sub account using the prospecting tool (welcome emails, and auto add prospects to your opportunities and pipelines etc)
  2. You can trigger workflow for various sources of Prospect Generation like AI, In-App and Prospecting Widgets

Send Prospecting Audit Reports to your clients

  1. Send prospecting Audit Reports to your Prospects via emails using custom objects in emails
  2. You can also manually send Prospecting audit reports using sharing option


How to enable Prospecting in your Agency sub account

You can enable it in three ways:

  1. From the Reselling Tab

    • Go to Agency View > Reselling Tab

    • Save & enable the toggle for Re-sell Prospecting 

  2. Direct Company Purchase

    • Purchase Prospecting Premium directly at each Sub-Account level. 

  3. Upgrade from Agency Prospecting Tool by Linking A Sub Account

    • Navigate to Prospecting from your Agency Account and upgrade from there.

    • Click on Upgrade - and then search a sub account name and click continue to Pay

    • Don't click - 'continue without linking sub account' option


If you already have an active Prospecting Subscription at Agency
  • You can Link a sub account with it to get access at your sub account as well

  • And then Migrate the Prospects to that Sub Account (it will automatically copy them to your contacts, and triggers workflow if any)

  • Go to that sub account:  Marketing Tab and then select Prospecting Tab


Once Enabled then locate it inside Marketing Tab in your Sub Account

  • Navigate to Marketing Tab inside your sub account - and then locate Prospecting Tab at the top navigation bar


If you want Prospecting for more than one sub account 

  • Go to Reselling Tab inside Agency View

  • Toggle ON Prospecting Tab

  • Go to that sub account:  Marketing Tab and then select Prospecting Tab



How to Migrate (Copy) existing Prospects from Agency to Sub Accounts?

  1. Go to Prospecting Tab in Agency and then navigate to Settings
  2. Now Click 'Migrate' and then click 'Migrate Prospect Button
  3. Choose a sub account where you wan to migrate (only those sub accounts would be shown where Prospecting Premium is Active, so either buy or Link with existing Agency Subscription)
  4. Select All Prospects available on the selected sub account or select manually
  5. No click 'Migrate' to successfully copy the selected Prospects into the chosen sub account
  6. Go to that Sub Account - click Marketing Tab and then Prospecting: Your Prospects are here now (also stays back in the Agency Account as well for future)
