How to Automatically Level Up Affiliates Based on Performance

With the Level Up to Another Campaign feature, you can automatically promote affiliates to a higher-tier campaign when they reach specific goals—like getting a certain number of customers or generating a set amount of revenue.

This is perfect for rewarding high-performing affiliates and scaling your program without manual effort.

What Does “Level Up” Mean?

Leveling up moves an affiliate from one campaign to another—usually to offer them better commission rates or exclusive perks—when they meet a goal. You can set goals based on:

Number of customers
Total revenue generated

Important Note: 
You can level up between Website, Store, and Funnel campaigns.
External Website campaigns can only level up to other External Website campaigns.

How to Set Up Affiliate Level Up

Follow these steps to create a campaign that promotes affiliates automatically:

Step 1: Go to the Affiliate Manager > Campaigns

Step 2: Click “+ Create Campaign” or edit an existing one

Step 3: Choose your source type and click Next

Step 4: In the Commission Step, set the default commission

Step 5: Click “Level Up to Another Campaign”

Step 6: Select the target campaign (where the affiliate will be moved)

Step 7: Set your goal

Example: Level up when the affiliate gets 50 customers
Or: Level up when they generate $500 in revenue

Step 8: Decide what happens to the existing customers

Keep them in the current campaign
Move them to the new campaign

Step 9: Complete the rest of the campaign setup and Publish

Example Use Case

You run two campaigns:

Starter Campaign (Default for new affiliates)
VIP Campaign (With better commissions)

You want to automatically move affiliates to VIP once they hit 50 customers. Just set up the rule in the Starter Campaign and select VIP as the level-up destination.
