Bulk Actions in Cards View

Overview

Bulk card selection and actions are now supported directly in the Opportunities Kanban/Card view.

Note: To enable this feature, go to Settings > Labs > Enable Bulk Actions in Cards View 

What’s New

• Bulk Card Selection: You can now select multiple opportunity cards directly in the Kanban/Card view using checkboxes.

• Select All on Page: When there are more than 20 opportunities, a “Select All on Page” option appears, letting you quickly select every card on the screen.

• Selection Mode Behavior: When a card checkbox is selected, interactions like dragging or opening that card are temporarily disabled to avoid accidental actions.

How It Works

1. Navigate to the Opportunities page in your sub-account.

2. Choose your desired Pipeline and switch to the Kanban/Card view.

3. Hover over a card and click its checkbox to enter selection mode.
   

4. Click additional checkboxes to select more cards.

5. If you have more than 20 opportunities, the “Select All on Page” button will appear. Click it to select all cards currently visible.
   
   

6. Once cards are selected, use the Edit button at the top of the view to perform available bulk actions.
   
   

Why It Matters

• You no longer need to switch to List View to perform bulk operations and saves time.

• Prevents unintended card interactions during selection.
