How to Use Marketing Audit Report & Compare Reports for Strategic Growth

What is the Marketing Audit?

The Marketing Audit is a powerful diagnostic tool designed to help you understand the overall health and performance of your business (sub-account). It provides a comprehensive analysis across several key areas, helping you identify growth opportunities and reinforce your value as an agency.

What Does the Audit Include?

  1. Google Business Profile Audit
    Evaluate the completeness and optimization level of your GBP listing.

  2. Website Performance Audit
    Check for speed, responsiveness, SEO-friendliness, and overall user experience.

  3. Local SEO Heatmap
    Visualize your local visibility across various search terms and geographies.

  4. Listings Analysis
    Ensure your business information is consistently and accurately listed across platforms.

  5. Online Reviews Audit
    Analyze review quantity, quality, and response patterns to gauge your reputation health.

  6. Business Detail Accuracy Check
    Review foundational business data (name, address, phone, etc.) for correctness and consistency.

Feature Access Control

  • The feature is enabled by default for all users within a Sub-Account.
  • You can manage access by updating Roles & Permissions under:
  • Sub-Account > Settings > My Staff > Roles

How to Generate Marketing Audit Report
  1. Navigate to: Sub-Account > Settings > Labs
  2. Enable: ‘Marketing Audit’
  3. Go to: Sub-Account > Reporting > Audit Report
  4. Click: ‘Generate Report Now’ (Give it a moment – your report will be auto-generated!)
    1. Sub-account admins will also be notified via email once the automated report is generated.

Note: If Report is not getting generated please check

  1. Your location's profile details. It should have Google Place Id URL under socal Links
  2. If there is no place id in social links, we try getting it from GBP integrations. 
  3. If not found, we don't generate the report


Competitive Analysis in the Marketing Audit



Understand how your business stacks up against the competition with our AI-Powered Competitor Analysis. This feature helps you uncover actionable insights by comparing your business's online presence with others in your market.

How to Add Competitors and Generate the Report

  1. Navigate to the "Compare Reports" Tab
    Once your Marketing Audit is generated, go to the Compare Reports tab.

  2. Add Up to 3 Competitor Businesses
    Enter the details of three distinct businesses you'd like to analyze against your own.

  3. Click “Compare Reports”
    This will initiate the AI-driven Competitor Analysis and generate side-by-side insights.



What Does the Competitor Analysis Include?

Currently, the Competitor Analysis covers two critical areas:

  • Listings Comparison
    Review the accuracy, completeness, and optimization of your business listings compared to your competitors.

  • Online Reputation (Reviews) Comparison
    Gain insight into review volume, sentiment, and engagement strategies. Understand how your reputation measures up and where you can improve.

Note: The analysis is based on published listings available online for both your business and the selected competitors.


♻️ Run Multiple Analyses Easily

Want to analyze different competitors? Simply add new business profiles in the Compare Reports tab and click the Compare Reports button again. The system will generate a fresh comparison report with updated insights and recommendations
