The "Other" option in forms and surveys allows users to provide custom responses, offering more flexibility and better data collection.

How to Enable the "Other" Option
Enable in Form Editor: Click "Add 'Other' option" when setting up multiple-choice fields.
User Input: When selected, users can type their custom response.
View Responses: Submitted answers appear in the form submissions tab, along with predefined choices.
Important Considerations
Custom responses cannot be mapped to contact/opportunity custom fields. Since users provide different text in the "Other" option, these responses do not match predefined custom field options.
