Check if your Twilio account is integrated with the location


1. Click on Settings





2. Click on Phone System - Twilio





3. Make sure your Master Twilio credentials are integrated here:

4. Once you scroll down, you can click the three dots to update the Account SID and auth token for each sub-account.

How to buy a Twilio number for the HighLevel location



1. Top left, Click here to switch inside the sub-account






2. Once you are in the sub-account, click on Settings







3. Click on Phone Numbers






4. Click on Add Number





5. Select the Country you want to purchase Twilio number

If the country you want is on the list but not on Highlevel, you can buy the number through the Twilio console for the location
