Important: Draft & Preview Mode for AI Pages requires LeadConnector plugin version 4.0.3 or later.

How To Use AI-Powered WordPress Page Builder


A clear setup process helps you create a stronger first draft, guide the AI more effectively, and make faster updates after the page is generated.


  1. Go to Sites > WordPress > All Sites.



  2. Click Manage Website.



  3. Go to Pages.

  4. Select AI Generated Pages.

  5. Click Generate New AI Page.



  6. Enter the page details:

    • Add the Page Name.

    • Add the Custom Site Slug.

    • Add the Name of Business.

    • Click Next.



  7. Choose your design preferences:

    • Select your business niche.

    • Select your business goal.

    • Select how the content should feel.

    • Click Next.



  8. Describe the page you want: Enter a plain-language prompt describing the type of page you want the AI to create. Include important details such as offers, sections, services, brand style, or calls to action.
    Click Improvise if you want HighLevel to improve your prompt.

  9. Click Generate Page.



  10. Review the generated page. New AI-generated pages are created in Draft mode by default, so the page can be reviewed and customized before it is published.

  11. Use the Customizations panel to update content and styles.

  12. Content options:

    • Edit generated text directly in the editor.

    • Use Refine to improve selected copy.

    • Use rewrite options such as Shorten or Elaborate when available.

    • Use Change Tone to adjust the voice of the content.

  14. Regenerate a specific AI-generated image:

    • Hover over the AI-generated image you want to replace.
    • Click Regenerate Image.

    • Click Generate Image and review the preview.
    • Click Insert Image to replace the selected image.
    • Click Save Changes.





  15. Style options:

    • Open the Styles tab inside Customizations.

    • Preview palette changes live across headings, body text, buttons, backgrounds, and accent colors.
    • Click Update Page to apply styling changes.

Preview, Publish, and Unpublish an AI-Generated Page


The AI-generated pages remain in Draft mode by default, giving you control over when they become visible on your website.

  3. When the page is ready, use Publish to make it live.

  4. To take a published AI Page offline, use Unpublish.
