How to Set Up Snapshot Notification Preferences

Modified on: Mon, 7 Jul, 2025 at 6:55 AM

Snapshot Notification Preferences allow agency admins to control who gets email updates when a snapshot push completes—making it easier to stay informed without needing to manually check status updates.

What Are Snapshot Notifications?

When you push a snapshot to one or more sub-accounts, an email notification can now be sent automatically once the push completes. This email includes:

  • ✅ Number of successful and failed sub-account pushes

  • A direct link to view the full push history

This feature helps your team stay in sync, quickly address failures, and eliminate the need for manual follow-ups.
