How To Use Active Transactions in POS
Follow these step-by-step instructions to start collecting payments using Active Transactions in your mobile app:
Login to the HighLevel mobile app (or LeadConnector/whitelabel app) using your subaccount credentials.
Tap on the POS icon from the bottom navigation bar.
Open the Active Transactions menu (located in the POS bottom bar).
You’ll see all your due and overdue invoices, including:
Estimates
Documents & contracts
Appointment invoices
Tap on an invoice tile to view or edit the invoice if needed.
To start collecting payment, swipe left on an invoice card or long-press it to reveal more options.
Tap Record Payment.
Select your preferred payment method:
Tap to Pay
Stripe or Square payment reader
Card payment
Cash
Complete the transaction and mark the invoice as paid!
