How To Upgrade the Voice AI Agent 


Upgrading your Voice AI agent is a straightforward process, but proper preparation ensures a smooth transition and preserves your existing configurations. Follow these steps to upgrade safely and effectively:


Note: This upgrade is permanent and may require you to review and adjust your prompts and test the agent. We recommend duplicating your agent before upgrading.


Step 1: Access the AI Agents Menu


  1. Click on AI Agents from your sub-account.

  2. Click on the Voice AI tab.

  3. Agent List will display all the available Voice AI agents.



Step 2: Select the Agent to Upgrade


  1. From the Voice AI list, click the name of the agent you wish to upgrade. or

  2. Click on the three dots beside the agent name and click on Edit.

Tip: Ensure this is the correct agent, as the upgrade is permanent.




Step 3: Review and Confirm Upgrade


  1. Click Upgrade to New Voice AI Experience, on the top-left corner of the update agent page.



  2. Review the benefits of upgrading, as displayed in the modal.

  3. Click Upgrade to New Voice AI Experience to complete the upgrade process.
