Connect HighLevel sub-account with Zapier

Are you using HighLevel for your business and looking to streamline your workflow further? Have you considered integrating it with Zapier?


Zapier is a platform that allows different apps to communicate instantaneously to automate workflows. By integrating HighLevel with Zapier, you can automate tasks such as lead capture, updating contacts, and much more.


Please follow below steps to connect:

Step 1: Log in to your Zapier account.

Step 2: On the home screen, click Create > Zap.



Step 3: In the Zap editor, click on the Trigger block and search for LeadConnector from the list of apps.


Step 4: Under the account section of the trigger setup, click on the “Sign In” button.



Step 5: You will be redirected to the GoHighLevel login screen. Enter your CRM email and password to proceed.



Step 6: After logging in, you’ll be prompted to select the sub-account you want to connect with Zapier.



Once completed, your Zapier account will be successfully connected to GHL. You’ll see LeadConnector listed under “Accounts” in your Zap setup, confirming the integration is active.





Disconnecting leadconnector connection with Zapier:

  1. On the Zapier home page, click on Apps in the left-hand menu.

  2. Go to the App Connections section.

  3. Locate LeadConnector in the list of connected apps.

  4. Click the three-dot menu (•••) next to LeadConnector.

  5. Select Delete to remove the connection.

This will successfully disconnect LeadConnector from your Zapier account.
